Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

A program designed for children 3 to 5 years of age. This program is aimed at developing hand to eye coordination, focus, balance, help decrease separation anxiety and to show respect.
A program designed for children ages 6 to 9 years old. This program is aimed at helping develop strength, focus, self awareness, self discipline, self esteem and self defense all while having a fun exciting class.
A program designed for preteens, 10 to 12 years old, to help with goal setting, focus, self defense, self discipline, self respect and an "I can do" attitude.
A program designed for ages 13 to 17 years, aimed at working on self esteem, self confidence, self defense and self awareness. While working in this class, they also learn social skills through their martial arts training.
A program designed for ages 18 years old and above aimed at fitness and over all good health. This program also focuses on self defense and self awareness.
Adult Day Class
Adult Karate Day Class on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11am - 12pm
Cardio Kick Boxing
Cardio fitness class using extreme calisthenics.
Cardio fitness class, using latin music and dance moves
Women Self Defense
This coarse is designed to help women and teenage girls to learn how to be aware of their surroundings, and how to handle themselves in the event of an attack.
