ZUMBA Fun, energetic, cardio dance workout. You will burn calories and tone your body, all while having a blast. You won't even realize your working out.  

Suzanne has you covered. She is a SCW Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, IMX Certified Pilates Trainer, Licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold Instructor, Scwinn Certification Cycle Instructor and TRX Certified Instructor. Also, a 3rd degree blackbelt.


Bushido Tutoring

Bushido Karate Dojo values training our students physically and academically. We want to help make our students the most well rounded they can be.

Many schools are now having online classes and students are falling behind. We want to help with that.

NYS Certified Teacher, Rachel Levitt M.A., who has instructed and ran remote learning classrooms, general education classrooms, and special education calssrooms can work with your child on English, Social Studies, Science, Math, Life Skills and Social Skills. All while working on enhancing your child’s study/social skills in the process.

Classes are an hour long and can be either groups of 4 students or private sessions.

 Women's Self Defense

This course is designed to help women and teenage girls to learn how to be aware of their surroundings, and how to handle themselves in the event of an attack. We focus on quick and easy ways to get out of bad situations.

The course will be a 2 hour class with follow refresher classes 3 months apart.

You will receive a certificate of completion for each course.

Women's Self Defense classes needs to be booked in advance and have 10 or more to participants.

Available Saturday or Sundays.
